We believe in creating an inclusive and accessible e-learning experience for all users. Our commitment to accessibility aligns with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, ensuring that our platform is usable and enjoyable for people with diverse abilities. This report highlights the achievements and ongoing improvements we make to enhance accessibility across our platform.

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience and apply relevant accessibility standards to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements.
Our most recent accessibility audit was conducted in June 2025, and our self-certification reports reflect the latest progress. We welcome your feedback and are committed to making continuous improvements to ensure an inclusive digital environment.
Accessibility Testing and Audits
We conduct both automated and manual testing using a variety of tools and techniques to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. Testing with access needs users and assistive technologies is conducted periodically to validate real-word accessibility, with the goal to optimise user experience.

Recommended Browsers and Screen Readers
To make sure everyone has a great experience on our platform, we've tested different browsers and screen readers.
- We suggest using Google Chrome. NVDA works well with Chrome and other modern browsers.
- If you use JAWS, we recommend using it with Google Chrome. Remember that JAWS updates can change how well it works.
- Windows Narrator and NVDA with Narrator also work well.
- For the best experience with our Assessments, we recommend using NVDA.
We've made these recommendations based on testing and feedback from people who use assistive devices. We're always working to improve accessibility.

Our commitment to accessibility is ongoing. That’s why we continually identify areas for improvement and address known issues through regular updates and enhancements. Future improvements include optimizing our learning modules for better screen-reader compatibility and enhancing keyboard shortcuts for faster navigation.
