GoodHabitz appoints new Chief Human Resources Officer
to drive strategic people growth
GoodHabitz is strengthening its senior leadership with the appointment of Iris Cremers as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), putting people decisions at the very heart of the company’s global strategic growth strategy.

Iris joins GoodHabitz with over two decades of senior HR and consulting experience - including leadership roles at PwC, DSM (currently DSM Firmenich), and most recently at Prosus, GoodHabitz’s parent company - where she managed HR for Prosus’ Portfolio companies.
As CHRO, Iris brings the perspective of both a typical L&D customer and a learning leader, giving her a unique lens on client challenges while ensuring GoodHabitz fully ‘practices what it preaches’ in its own new learning strategy. Under her leadership, the HR team will act as an internal case study for the platform with a focus on enhancing leadership development at all levels, promoting DEI and building a culture of continuous learning – showing customers what’s possible by living it internally.
Iris comments, “My career has given me a huge breadth of experience in how HR strategy supports and drives business success. I’m excited to bring this to GoodHabitz at what is a truly exciting and pivotal time in its global growth journey. There’s so much opportunity ahead and people strategy is central to making it all happen.”
“Iris’ appointment is a big step in the GoodHabitz story,” adds Annabelle Vultee, CEO of GoodHabitz.“Her leadership will not only shape our future people strategy, but also allow us to raise the bar amongst her HR leader peer group. As an L&D business, we have a responsibility to set the standard for best-in-class practices and lead by example. With Iris at the helm, we will make sure we live and breathe the practice we preach.”
In today’s business landscape, CHROs are critical partners in the executive suite. Indeed, latest research from global industry analyst, The JoshBersin company, shows that currently 53% of HR leaders now hold C-suite positions in UK businesses, putting them on par with CFOs and CIOs in terms of organisational importance. With increasing complexity in workforce planning, AI‑led learning, and shifting employee expectations the lines between business strategy and people strategy continue to blur. GoodHabitz is embedding HR leadership at the top to ensure its culture, talent and learning philosophy evolve hand-in-hand with its global ambitions.
