We believe that true social impact starts with human connection. Get to know the leaders shaping GoodHabitz for All and driving our vision forward.

Who we show up for

The people most programmes forget

At GoodHabitz, we believe that talent is everywhere.
But opportunity is not.

Across the world, millions of people grow up or live in circumstances where access to learning, development and career opportunities is limited. Their potential remains unseen, their world stays small, and their next step feels out of reach.

That is where we act.

Why this matters

Learning access for brighter futures

We open access to learning for people who too often lack equal opportunities. By creating pathways to education and skills, hidden talent can be discovered, developed, and connected to new opportunities. We believe learning should be engaging, inclusive, and within everyone’s reach — empowering people to grow, find work, and build brighter futures.

Our core programs

Discover the dedicated program lines built to break down employment barriers and strengthen modern workforce talent.

Program line 1

Spark new pathways to employment

Too many young people and adults struggle to access the labour market because of barriers like low education, migration background, or long-term unemployment. By providing equal access to learning, we help them build essential skills that unlock the first step into work.

Program line 2

Boosting careers & strengthening talent

Even for those who are employed or have access to employment, career growth can be limited by personal factors. Many workers lack access to training that strengthens confidence, adaptability, and leadership. By focusing on soft skills, digital literacy, and inclusion, we help people take the next step in their professional journey and become more resilient in a changing labour market.

Our approach to impact

We don't measure what we offer. We measure what changes

Most impact reports count outputs. Courses completed. Hours logged. We're not interested in that. We measure what actually changes, in how people feel, what they do, and what they believe is possible for them.

Confidence
Action
Opportunity
01 - Confidence

Do people trust
themselves again?

The biggest barrier most of our participants face isn't a skills gap, it's a belief gap.
Years of being told, directly or indirectly, that they don't quite fit. We measure whether something real shifts in how people see themselves.

We measure how individuals experience growth in:

self-belief
the feeling they can change
confidence in their future
02 - Action

Do they start taking action?

We track whether people go from thinking about change to actually doing something. Sending the application. Reaching out. Showing up to something new. These aren't small things for people who've spent years standing still, often not by choice.

I applied for three jobs in one week. That had never happened before. I stopped waiting for permission.

Participant, returning mothers programme

We track how participants:

take concrete steps
shift from passive to active
stay in motion
03 - Opportunity

Does their world get bigger?

The deepest change we look for is whether people see more possibility than before.
A new path noticed. A role they'd never have imagined for themselves. This is what
human progress actually means.

I always thought my path was fixed. Now I have three ideas for where I could go. That's a new problem for me.

Participant, blue collar programme

We measure whether people:

feel they have more opportunities
see new possibilities
access or recognise new pathways
