How do I know which platform to log in to?

Choose the platform your organisation uses for training. The easiest way to check is to look at the invitation or onboarding email you received. It usually links directly to the correct platform. If you’re still unsure, your organisation’s admin can confirm where you should log in.

I’m a learner. Which platform should I use?

This depends on your organisation’s setup:

GoodHabitz: Log in here to access the online learning library.

Goodlearn: Learners use the mobile app, not this login page.

GoodHabitz Experts: Log in here to view and complete lessons created by your organisation.

If you’re not sure which applies to you, contact your admin.

I’m an admin. Can I access all platforms from one login?

No. Each platform has its own login.

Use:

GoodHabitz to manage learning and your organisation

Goodlearn to access the Goodlearn admin panel

GoodHabitz Experts to create and manage internal training in the Studio

Your access depends on what your organisation uses.

Why can’t I log in to Goodlearn as a learner?

This Goodlearn login is for admins only. Learners access Goodlearn through the mobile app. If you’re a learner and trying to log in here, you’ll need to switch to the app instead.

Do I need separate accounts for different platforms?

Yes. Each platform is accessed separately. Your organisation will let you know which platform you should use and how to log in. If you have access to more than one tool, you may have separate login details for each.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

First, double-check that you’ve selected the correct platform. Using the wrong platform can cause login to fail even if your password is correct. If it still doesn’t work, check your email for an invite or password reset link. If needed, contact your organisation’s admin for help.
