GoodHabitz For All focuses on one clear goal: helping people build the skills they need to enter, return to, or grow within the labour market.

We do this through two key focus areas:

1. Creating pathways to employment

For people who struggle to access work — whether due to limited education, migration background, long-term unemployment, or other barriers — we provide access to learning that builds essential job-ready skills.

Think soft skills, digital literacy, confidence, adaptability, and practical employability skills that help people take that first step into work.

2. Strengthening careers

For those already working but lacking development opportunities, we offer training thatsupports career growth.

We focus on leadership, well-being, teamwork, digital skills, and personal effectiveness —helping people build resilience and confidence in a rapidly changing world ofwork.

All of our learning is designed to be inclusive and accessible, including WCAG-compliantsolutions to support people with diverse access needs.

Who We Support

We collaborate with organisations working with:

  • Young people not in employment, education, or training (NEET)
  • Refugees and migrants
  • Women re-entering or stabilising in the workforce
  • Frontline workers on temporary or flexible contracts
  • People with disabilities, neurodiversity, or other access needs

Our focus is on adults who lack structured, free access to up-skilling and reskilling opportunities.

What Partners Can Expect

We work alongside foundations, NGOs, public organisations, and local initiatives thatare already making an impact.

Through GoodHabitz For All, we can offer

  • Access to the GoodHabitz online learning library and assessments
  • The time and expertise of our people
  • Support in strengthening or scaling existing initiatives

Where appropriate, we also explore ways to co-invest in high-impact initiatives together. Our aim is always to complement and accelerate the important workyou’re already doing — not to replace it.

Let’s Make Learning Accessible Together
