Malvina brings nearly 30 years of operational and strategic leadership from Education First (EF), where she led large-scale growth initiatives across Europe and LATAM. Her experience in optimising operations and localising go-to-market strategies will be critical as GoodHabitz expands into new markets and strengthens its presence in existing ones.

Molly joins from Babbel, one of the world’s leading digital language learning providers, where she shaped global product development for learning platforms. At GoodHabitz, her focus will be on building user-first learning products that resonate with diverse audiences. Her expertise lies in creating learning experiences that drive consistent user engagement and continuous skill development.
“I’ve always been passionate about creating positive impact through education,” says Molly. “It was that dual click of the human and the team element of a company that I want to be a part of and the problems that I want to solve.
